Questions people ask

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 7 days are free, with no card needed. You get 70 practice questions with explanations, 2 lectures, 5 mind-map concepts and 3 Ask Coach questions.
What happens after the free week?
Your account locks, but nothing is deleted. You can still sign in and see your results, weak topics and progress. Unlock full access when you are ready and pick up where you stopped.
How long does full access last?
Your pass lasts until the day after your board exam. If you have not set an exam date, it lasts 180 days from the day your payment is confirmed. You can set your exam date in your profile.
How do I pay?
Inside the app. Open the Unlock page to see the payment options. Payments are not open yet, so for now you can use your free week.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund it in full. Because everyone can try the app free first, a pass is otherwise non-refundable once your access starts, except where the law requires. Read our refund policy.
Is PTLE Reviewer connected with the PRC?
No. PTLE Reviewer is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in your phone’s browser, so there is nothing to install. Your progress is the same on your phone and your computer.
